If a visit to your site is required, the helpdesk staff will escalate this to our field staff and you will be duly contacted.
Our Pastel Accounting services from the supply of Pastel Xpress, Partner, Payroll through to Pastel Evolution. Asides from supplying software and providing technical support, we are also able to optimize your pastel system and provide custom installation, setup and configuration of your company's accounting structure. This includes the setup of the software, configuration and setup the company and general ledger account structure. We also provide customised on-site training for all our customers and are able to design and setup customised advanced excel spreadsheets in the BIC Module.

- We will implement or upgrade your existing Pastel financial systems, including Pastel Payroll and Fixed Assets, to the latest available versions. The following services are available:
- Installation Notes on specific features of the Pastel range of applications
- Telephone and e-mail support
- Post installation support for re-training, data recovery, etc
- Monthly retainer services (fixed fee for services relating to your Pastel systems and management reports)
On Site Training
On-site training is available for any company that requires any of the attached courses.
Booking for on-site training should be done a month in advanced so that prior arrangements can be made.
On-Site training must be from Monday to Friday.
The prices of the courses will depend on how many delegates, manual prices and traveling cost.
